Gendered violence is a workplace health and safety issue. Like any other OHS issue, the risk of gendered violence can be managed, mitigated, and eventually eliminated.
This training prepares union organisers and delegates to draw on existing equal opportunity and discrimination legislation, OHS laws, and practical skills and strategies to create positive cultural change in the workplace. Participants will learn how to make their workplace safe and inclusive for everyone including women and people who identify as LGBTIQ.
