Wil Stracke is Assistant Secretary of the Victorian Trades Hall Council, the peak body for the Victorian union movement. She’s previously worked as a solicitor, union organiser, lead organiser and campaign coordinator. She’s also pulled beers, parked cars and acted/sung professionally. Carolyn Dunbar is the Women's Team Lead at Victorian Trades Hall Council. She previously worked as an Industrial Officer and Regional Director for Victoria and Tasmania at the Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance (MEAA) and as the Assistant Executive Director of the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) Northern California Local Branch. Working in the union movement in Australia and the USA for more than 10 years, Caro is an experienced organiser, campaigner and leader and has represented union members nationally in enterprise bargaining negotiations, collective disputes and individual claims such as sexual harassment, discrimination, wage theft and more. A proud ASU and MEAA member, Caro is passionate about organising women workers to fight collectively for their rights and safety at work.
