Campaigns are nothing without strong communication that brings people on board and motivates them to take action. We're bringing together union women to learn how to make our organising conversations as effective and persuasive as possible!
This training session will explore; how to draw on shared values to persuade, union recruitment tactics used by successful organisers, and how to employ different models of communication to suit various people's learning styles.
By the end of the session, you'll be more confident swaying opinions on our issues, recruiting new union members, and mobilising others to take action for working women!
