Why are women over-represented in the lowest-paying industries ? Who are the women leading the campaigns for better wages in Australia ? What does Equal Pay mean for women who can hardly make ends meet ?

Those issues will be at the center of our upcoming Feminism in the Pub event, that you could be organising with us.

Come along and get to know the amazing women who put Feminism in the Pub together - and to have your own voice and ideas heard! The meeting is open to all people who are keen to be a part of a collective of activists who care about the challenges that women face at work, and want to work together to smash them.

There's always snacks and soft drink, plus the space to develop your own skills at facilitation, organising and practicing feminist unionism!

Accessibility: Trades Hall is an old building but we will do all we can to make the event accessible for people with disabilities. Many of the rooms are wheelchair accessible. If given enough notice we will make adjustments as best we can for other access requirements.
