Doesn't this look like fun? Remember the excitement of seeing fellow feminists spilling out of a pub onto the street, all to come together, drink beer and have a (sometimes lively) discussion about what their feminist activism was? Can't wait for the next time around so you know you'll get a primo seat - wait, there's a next time?
Yep, there's definitely a next time. Our last Feminism in the Pub event was so successful that we've had no choice but to run it all over again. Back by popular demand, we'll be running Feminism in the Pub: Gendered Violence at Work on May 17th. But that's not that far away, you say? Right!
We're calling together all our feminist friends to help us organise the event, frame the questions that will be asked, and input all your ideas about how we can make this event even better than last time's!
Join us on Wednesday 26th April from 5.30pm - 7.00pm for a planning meeting. Snacks and soft drink will be provided, as well as an awesome chance to meet fellow feminist activists, learn some new skills, and share your own!
New and experienced activists are all welcome!
