Family Violence as a Workplace Issue training
Family violence affects thousands of Victorian workers, and our workplaces can both support victim-survivors in meaningful ways, and address the cultures that perpetuate Australia’s family violence epidemic.
This training will equip participants to understand the workplace dimension of family violence, negotiate practical industrial outcomes for victim-survivors, and manage perpetrators in the workplace.
