For both unions and employers, the Victorian Trades Hall Council offers training and support on addressing domestic and family violence as a workplace issue and successfully negotiating and implementing a domestic and family violence leave clause.

Family violence affects thousands of Victorian workers, and our workplaces can both support victim-survivors in meaningful ways, and address the cultures that perpetuate Australia’s family violence epidemic.

This training equips union organisers and delegates to understand the workplace dimension of family violence, negotiate practical industrial outcomes for victim-survivors, and manage perpetrators in the workplace.
