Women in Bargaining is out most popular ASMP workshop! This year we are bringing you the same interactive and information filled workshop but we have tailored it for our current context, taking into account the Covid19 pandemic and how it has affected us and our workplaces.

In this workshop you will:

- learn about what the workplace bargaining progress looks like

- understand the different parties involved in workplace bargaining and how you can be involved and take an active role 

- explore the challenges faced by women in the bargaining process

- share ideas and discuss how to be strategic in the bargaining process with other union women

- learn from the experience of other union women from diverse industries with a direct experience of bargaining
