Join Carita Kazakoff, Principal Lawyer practicing in the Industrial and Employment Law team at Slater and Gordon, as she gives us an overview of the industrial relations system.

We know that the Australian IR system doesn't often 'work' well for workers and that is especially true when those workers are women but Carita will takes us through the basics and show us where the weaknesses are and where we can use the law to our advantage. You will also have the opportunity to have your IR questions answered. 

This workshop is great for anyone who is already a delegate or health and safety rep, or those Annas (ASMP participants) who are thinking of taking the step to become a delegate or health and safety rep. It is also great for those who want to learn more so they know their rights at work.
