International Women's Day Dinner for AEU women members featuring Dr Emma Fulu as keynote speaker in 2016.

Dr Emma Fulu is a global expert on violence against women and girls.  She has advised the United Nations (UN) and World Health Organisation (WHO) and most recently was the programme manager for a global programme over 5 years in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.  She was Principal investigator for the ground breaking United Nations Multii-Country  Study on Men and Violence including research with more than 13,000 men and women across seven countries to explore the connections between masculinities, gender and power to enhance violence prevention interventions.  She is currently working with Our Watch to advise the Victorian Government on Prevention of Violence Against Women and Respectful Relationships Education in Schools.
